Pottery Party

Gather your friends, neighbors, or coworkers and come play with clay for a fun and creative 2-hour experience in the studio!

During this hands-on workshop, you’ll learn the basics of handbuilding, including techniques such as pinching, coiling, and slab construction. I’ll guide you step-by-step as you shape and build your own ceramic piece from scratch.

You’ll complete one piece all the way through the creative process:

Form your piece using one of the handbuilding techniques; Apply underglaze color of your choice; Carve designs using the beautiful sgraffito technique (carving through color to reveal the clay underneath)

No experience is needed — just come ready to have fun and get a little messy!

After glazing with clear glaze and firing, your finished piece will be food-safe and ready for pickup at a later date.

Cost: $65 per person (group of 4 or more)
